Missing
Today I was awaken by the alarming sound of a carriage rushing out of my front driveway. I rushed to the window to see that it was my father and it looked as though he was in a big rush to get away. Later on I found out that he was on his way to find Lydia. Seeing as no one has heard from her in a while and Lydia left a note to Mrs. Forster saying that she has gone away with Wickham. My only concern is that I hope she is okay and that my father will be able to find her and bring her home safe. I would not be surprised if she even came home married.

Is that what you wish for your sister? To marry a con artist? Even with how sweet and naive you are, my dear Jane, you have to realize that is not something anyone should wish upon their sister. Hopefully your father brings her home and no one has heard of this event.
